The Hacktätschli (meatball) is a Swiss classic — and every family has its own secret recipe. In the Hacktätschli Challenge on the Rigi, guests and locals compete against each other: Who cooks the best?
In the professional kitchen of Hotel Bergsonne Rigi at 1453 m above sea level, cooking, tasting, and judging take place. A jury of guests and locals decides — fair, convivial, and with great fun.
Afterwards, what has been cooked is eaten together — naturally with a glass of wine and the panoramic view over Lake Lucerne.
