OPEN POSITIONS
Independent Junior Chef with Hosting Qualities — or Host with Culinary Skills
We are looking for an exceptional personality — someone who doesn't just cook or serve, but combines both with passion. Whether you are a motivated junior chef who loves guests as much as the craft at the stove, or a born host who is also at home in the kitchen: For us, the passion for the overall experience counts. High above the sea of fog, in a small family team, you will help us create unforgettable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Cooking and co-designing our seasonal, regional cuisine
- Welcoming, accompanying and inspiring guests — at the table and in the kitchen
- Participation in events, cooking duels and special occasions (e.g. Nonnas e Nonnos)
- Independent work with room for own ideas
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Chef training (EFZ or comparable) — or pronounced host personality with solid cooking skills
- Independent, reliable way of working
- Genuine joy in dealing with people
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Enthusiasm for the mountains and the special
